I'm sorry to make another topic as I already have one on the first page. I tried searching for this but I couldn't find anything about it. My question is if there is a recharge service available where you pay to get your weapons charged like in oblivion? I'm playing a strictly non magic character and I still want to use enchanted weapons.

Sadly no, Bethesda seen fit to remove this with other aspects from the magic system.

If want to invest the three perks, there's a self-recharging thing for weapons in the Enchanting tree too. IIRC its pretty low, and you can probably skill up enough to hit the pre-req by using the mage stone and disenchanting random drops you don't need.
