Anyways i think its definitely possible, and im sure there are bikes that are intact out there in the waste. Although idk how good a bike would be for riding around on bumpy wasteland terrain.

I don't know if New Vegas has officially entered beta but at this point Obsidian is mostly doing QA and polishing to prepare the game for release, I don't imagine they're in a position to add a new feature - particularly not one as involved as a new form of transport
