I've only found one so far and that was completely random. I know there's that room where you can put all the masks and I'd love to get started on that if there's a quest for it.

There's no quests related to it. Simply collect the masks and go to the room

One of the masks (in the far SE) has a quest attached to it, and I believe that room also comes up as a quest, but only for that one bit. I don't believe there's an official listed quest to go after all of them.

Any maps or hints out there telling where to find them all in-game? I don't mean maps or hints online, I mean a map or clue you find in the actual game itself.

Yeah I think I never got a quest for it, but like donner already said the quest SE of riften hints about gathering all the masks.

Holy crap, wait. I just now realized those dragon icons on the map. Are those the locations of all the priests? If so I'm a damn fool.

Every single one has a quest that points to it. Most of the time it doesn't say "go kill this dragon priest", most of the time someone will talk about a powerful necromancer or mage in an old ruin. Other times you will be directed to a ruin and find an NPC at the entrance that directs you to them, and on one occasion there was one at a word wall.

Bottom line though, you will find them all just by following your quests.

If you want to just do them you can find all of their locations by using Google and going to the Wiki links. You can also just console them into your inventory if you're on PC.

Those aren't necessarily Dragon Priests. There's only one found that way I believe. Those are simply word walls protected by dragons. Still quite worthwhile though. Especially since they will be sitting on the wall and a sneaky character can get the drop on them.

I may be a bit ocd when it comes to following things through, but I like to let things happen naturally without searching online or using commands. I just got a quest to find one of them (on the mountain southeast of Riften) so here we go!
