ok, i just did two quests, luckily without saving... that are pretty messed up.

first, "the blessings of nature"

this quest, if you choose to replace the tree in whiterun, the new tree ends up growing inside the old tree... it looks really screwed up, and the old one never vanishes, only way to fix that is on PC version, apparently, from what i read.

the second quest, "missing in action"

it is IMPOSSIBLE to complete this quest without bloodshed, you need an imperial decree to free the prisoner to complete it peacefully, but i looked on the UESP and there is a glitch preventing you from ever getting the decree, no matter how high your speech skill is.

i really hope these glitches get fixed soon... does anyone know if bethesda will be doing any fixes on quests and the like soon?

so far, the only patches i've seen so far fix the bigger problems, such as lag and freezing, and the backwards dragon glitch... which i am very glad for, since my game became unplayable twice because of those problems.
