Thief Breton

All right so tonight I'm going to focus on my build for an thief Breton character. I've built the perks and used the perk calculator. I will hand in the Thief Stone.

But what I tried to do with the perks was try not to choose the over the top and OP abilities. Such as find more gold. So here is my perks:

Now what I'll do is actually make the character and spent forever trying to make someone look younger than 20. The nightmare this is going to be.

---------------

Name: Elliot

Age: 18

Occupation: Thief

Allies: Thieves Guild possible Dark Brotherhood

Scars: None

Facial hair: None

Eyes: Silver

Personality: Elliot appears rather curious and inquisitive, but he also has a sole survivor attitude. He does things usually to survive. He is not a big fan of killing. Elliot is a wild spirit, but can be calm. He doesn't talk to much. He has a fear of blood [possible Dark brotherhood].

Brief History: An orphan on the streets Elliot is trying to make it day to day surviving. Elliot is a petty pick and lock thief. Generally breaking into homes with small burglaries. He does not know his native land.

Allegiance in War: None

I'm a bit confused with some of your decisions. You have perks with bound weapons, yet you have offensive enchanting perks? Also, you have no perks in archery or one handed, so your 15x dagger bonus perk won't be nearly as effective as it could be as well as archery damage bonuses.

I've watched my big brother play his assassin before.

Oh are you saying the sneak skills won't work with the dagger spells...wait I don't think there is a bound dagger anyway.....grrr...I knew I did something stupid. And he just laughs at me wait one second. Let me fix this.

It's fine if you're going for a pacifist thief. I see you like many speechcraft and lockpicking perks that I'd normally go without, but it does make for a fun thief. You are sacrificing a lot of perk points by taking this path, so be prepared to find yourself short of sheer power.

Also, if you're not going to make your own weapons and armor you don't need enchanting at all. You could just wear the thieves guild and assassins guild uniforms, and bound weapons can't be enchanted to begin with. It's up to you.

Well I made another build: http://skyrimcalculator.com/#113080

But still the idea was he spends most of his time in the cities. And less time out in the wilds fighting bears and stuff. I added the conjuration stuff to begin with because I wanted him to enchant and be more of a magically thief too. But instead with the newer build I worked with also does the same thing. The thing is I need to be able to capture souls into gems. So that way he can put them into gems so he can recharge his weapons.

Also the Aim was just so I could get Assassin's Blade. Sadly I have to get Aim before I can get blade.

There's really no point in Bribery or Persuasion because you get those perks by joining and completing the Thieves' Guild, and I don't see the point in Oblivion Binding, there's simply not enough Daedra to justify it. The Illusion cost downs can be useful if you're going to use your enchantments to get free casting in one or two other schools (like Restoration and Destruction), but if you're not trying to get two other schools for free, you can cut those out too. The Pickpocket stuff isn't really necessary. I'm level 100 Pickpocket, have 0 enchantments for it, and I rarely come across anything worth taking that's below 80 percent.

This is the bare minimum I'd do if I was to retool your character, but I'd likely go further.
