bleeds would work more like dark souls if axes still bled
sword crits would be replaced for maybe higher % chance of kill cam kills or "specialty kills"
mace the same?
but then expand on it.
maces stun
axes sever/hamstring
swords...not sure yet.
Bring back primary/secondary skills and make only primary effect level scaling whie secondary will be for things like speech/pick pocketing, etc.
branch out more with the primary skills, do things like make light/heavy more unique from eachother, add more weapons.
bring back more armor slots.
allow coloring of armor /weapon pieces.
jumping whiel sprinting.
better hit detection in combat.
static unique items that require softcap to equip on harder difficulty settings, or the items scale as you level.
a much less forgiving and expanded smithing/enchanting system that gives you more then the bare bones options for armors/weapons/enchants.
spell making...yes even useless ones
a trap/bomb specialization for the sneakier/ambush type char.
last but not least...the biggest pipedream of all. a weapon/armor generator system like borderlands with millions of possibilities and upgrades.
