1) you cannot purchase items in front of vendors ie) all that stuff littered around in the store, yeah that's not for sale, but what is for sale is the stuff in their inventory, the guy from RE4 comes to mind. "What are you buying?"

2) you can use torches but not lanterns to light your way.

3) you cannot go into a kill animation when you assassinate someone in a chair. It would be nice to go behind someone and slit their throat or shove a dagger in their skull.

4) there's no bottled water or bottled milk in Skyrim.

5) snow in Skyrim is magical, you don't leave footprints in the snow.

6) knapsacks in skyrim can never be worn on your skyrim character or you see any npc with a backpack

7) Very few children in Skyrim and you cannot kill them. I do recall picking and throwing children off cliffs in Dragon's Dogma and chainsawing a baby in Scribblenauts. Like running a baby through a chainsaw...

8) the only predators in the sea are slaughterfish, would be nice to see more variety underwater.
