things that tick you off

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 10:36 am

My cat Sabrina says watching National Geographic Channel and having to sit on the table well away from all the dangerous snakes. My owner says it's just TV but what does she know?
Owner says : She's sat next to me now, hair on her back rising and falling with the size of the snake.

what?

Tsunami warning sirens blaring @ 6am on a Saturday morning. Thankfully my house is over 300 meters above sea level.

I saw it on CNN, very loud, but they figure you may get a big wave. Don't go down to the beach eh?

And cancel my daughter's violin lesson, that's real close to Waikiki beach. So now I'm just going to head to a store and buy some vodka before the lines get too long ;)

Ignorance, Vast majority of rap in particular gangsta rap, people who act "Ghetto" as in the type who's every other word is a curse word with arrogance despite being the dregs of society.

People at my school trying to act gansta and pushing me around cause I was one of two white people there, and then going to cry to the teacher when I hit them.
My work always cutting everyone's hours.
My family thinking I do drugs and smoke and drink just because they do.
My laggy internet connection that almost always costs me wins and almost put my kill/death in the negatives.
People that teabag in Halo.
The fact that my PS3 is only good for playing Metal Gear Solid 4.
The fact that Old Snake didn't sound as dramatic as Young Snake in MGS4.

Lots more, but I don't feel like typing that much.

When people chew gum(or food) with an open mouth, so as to produce a rather loud, squishy, irritating click.
Those youtube videos of people getting punched while they're on the ground, so that their heads bounce off the ground. Pisses me off.
And um... Those who have to be right. All the time. If I know your right then so be it. I'm not going to let my pride keep me ignorant, but please shut up. Please...

Will do. The line @ K-Mart was insane, so many people just not stocked with essentials. So I left and went to a 7-11 with no line. My wife's friend lives down below the hill from us (nearly sea level), so she's coming up here with her two daughters and her father (her husband is overseas atm so her father is visiting from Japan to help her out). We're 1000' up, so no worries here. I'm just concerned for those living in the lowlands (like Waikiki).

Hopefully, nothing major will happen.

EDIT: Oh, wait, that's right. Quoting classical sources makes everything so dignified and sophisticated as to no longer be considered rude. :P

" No Offense but... (offensive thing)" Why the hell even say no offense. Its not like it puts some magic barrier down that protects you from being offensive.

It's when you want to tell them something that's true without them getting pissy about it.
