Spears, first person horse riding/first person werewolf, more about the snow elves, more about the dwemer, some more playable races, new dragons, new creatures, werebear, dragon mounts, horse armor, strongholds, dark dungeons, children, magic creation, and if any of this gets into the game I would be content.

More unenchanted/customizable wizard robes in the vanilla game. I'll take that and be happy.

its one of the most of important thing is, i guess game coders dont know what they forget too... its the practising benchs, for example when you practise on a arrow bench in a castle nothing improve your skill stats remains the same, for swords, or daggers, maces too on sculptors in castles for practise if they wont work why do you make it both games elders of scrolls, please take as a advice and i dont know how do you do it, activate the practising benches for improving skills like one handed or two handed, i know there are trainer for prove it, but this would be more and more usefull too for instead of using coins with our labor... and more level we want like unlimited level would be great as where ever we go...

fly with summoned dragon would be nice too..

I doubt they will make new playable races, they stuck with those originals for pretty much the entire series. Anyway, what I would want is maybe more daedra (winged twilight, hunger, clanfear, daedroth, & scamps come to mind) also some giant slaughterfish in the larger bodies of water (as a basic enemy not a special thing) swimming around up north gets boring after awhile.

Spears, more unique weapons and weapon sets, new cities and location, places. More quests. Something about snowelfs.

i would like to be able to customize my weapons and armor, not just colors but like different blade type's and looks, different pummels and things on weapons and different armor looks

More interactions with spouse.
Mini-games like gambling, playing instruments for coins...
Capes.
Bug fixes.
A barber shop (new hairstyles). Or a magic mirror to change appearance.
Travel by ship instead of the stationary ones we've got.
Fight club, or an arena..
More epic monsters like Cyclops. Centaurs, Yao Guais...
More Medieval looking armours... or even Oriental ones too (really liked the Blades armour)
Cutscenes involving your character (like in Dragon's Dogma)
Followers do not revert back to default armours when given superior ones

Cyclops aren't in the elder scrolls & Yao Guais are fallout's thing. I'm guessing you're new to the series. I like the arena idea though since there was one in OB & Morrowind.
