Things I would like to see in the newer updates in Skyrim...

- More hunting aspects, I like the inclusion of Hawks in Skyrim, they only litter near Solitude and the East Emperor Company Warehouse.
It would be nice to go out in the field and do some duck hunting, and if you have a dog companion it can fetch what you shoot down. Hopefully these ducks or whatever you shoot down have higher health than hawks, a single Kyne's Peace shout can knock down dozens of them and that's just cheap. Would be good to see in the expansions.

- An assassin animation for when enemies are sitting down. I would like to do the slit throat animation on enemies while they are sitting. More often I see it with bandits. Doing a regular attack just doesn't do it for me. When I give them the element of surprise they just turn around and attack.

- Shruikens, darts, other throwable weapons, heck even bombs maybe? Arrow bombs!

Future Elder Scrolls ideas for the engine:

- Your character reacting the environments, ie) shielding him/herself from flames, gusty winds.
- Forest foliage being brushed aside as your character goes past it. Instead of where you typically go through environment objects.
- Armor/ clothing will get dented, scorched, wet, dried, bloodied, depending on the circumstances.
- Destructible environments ie) breakable crates, pottery, burnable baskets...

That's all I got...

I agree with your character interacting with the environment. When I first entered Winterhold my immersion was broken abruptly when I spoke to the first NPC I saw; he just wasn't reacting to the blizzard sweeping through the town at all. So I would like to see more depth in NPCs animations/actions.

For example, in harsh weather...

- one would need to shout to be heard.
- squint to protect one's eyes from the elements.
- maybe even some enhanced physics; clothing and hair moving with the wind.

Just one of these would have probably been enough for Skyrim, but there is absolutely no change for an NPC when the weather's bad.

Does any game do the armor/clothing thing? And I like the second one.

Anything that enhances hunting. The ability to make a small camp with a fire, tanning rack and fish stand. I would also like to be able to drink from lakes and rivers like in Fallout 3, just for immersion purposes. The ability to make fur armour would be nice.

Also the ability to forge arrows (steel, wooden, deadric, ebony, etc) . I could never understand why you couldn't...

We feel there's a huge gap with no mission to destroy the thieve's guild. It's all set up, with the dialogue you can have with Mjoll, but it's not there. Seems strange.

Crossbows.

The ability to take a captured dungeon as a home. Like buying a house, once you have cleared certain places you should have the right to buy the lease, so to speak, from the Jarl. Some of the caves and towers are really nice.

I love Brelyna dearly, and I'll happily marry her on every playthrough. But the option to marry Nevanye would be cool. And Erdi. And Irileth. And Aduri Sarethi.

Bard's College expanded, add the ability to play instruments as well. More ways to use horses, carts, first person riding, commands. More clothing and armor slots--enough of onesies. Add a reputation system, have npcs not be quite so obviously clueless. Spellcrafting. Seasons. Holidays.

I've always wanted seasons and the holidays that have been in the lore for years. Also when it snows, I wish it would pile up depending on how long it snows.
