Not sure where you are but it releases at 12:01 GMT and Great Britain for example is on BST which is GMT +1. That would make the release there 1:01

i am in the uk and i thought we were GMT daylight savings puts the clocks back in winter? doesn't it?

I just tried mine (didnt realise it would look to steam just with the jewel case code) and nada. Hey I waited 6 months, I can wait another eleven minutes.

so its now 00.49 thats after midnight before you deduct an hour for day light savings. thus i should be able to load the game unless its just steam having to sort out its files and a like.
