I always thought the bears were way to agressive in this game, and my god I've killed a few but just in the space of 1 min. 6 of the damn things. I thought I had culled the lot of them, where do all these aggressive teddy bears come from????

It's random. Sometimes you get loads of bears, sometimes 1 or 2.

They do grate after a while.
One time it was so many bears It got boring. It was just a endless ammount of bears spawning everywere. Every time a bear appeared I thought, oh come on, not another boring bear! I got really sick of them after a short time.
And I like bears, as a animal.
Actually all the enemies are incredibley boring and grey.
Skyrim has the most boring enemies in any game, ever.
