Thinking about a new character...

I'm playing through my first game still as a dunmer that specializes in one-handed, destruction, archery, and sneak. I wanted to restart with a new character and RP a bit more. I already have a basis for a backstory. His father was a prominent altmer in the Aldmeri Dominion and was influential in both the Great War and the formation of the White-Gold Concordat. He is a key representative in Cyrodiil and is infamous for his ruthlessness against human interests. My character's mother was a slave on his father's estate. My character will grow up pampered by his lifestyle but also in the shadow of his father's cruelty. He grows up well aware of the inner-workings of the Aldmeri Dominion and comes to resent it. His father is assassinated while my character is in his early-mid twenties and in the aftermath, my character, now freed from the bonds of social status, can leave for a new life. He makes his way north to Skyrim to escape Cyrodiil and the oppression of the Thalmor.

That's really all I have and I can't decide what race my character should be, as I'm not really sure of the Lore concerning cross-breeding and interspecies relations. I definitely know I want my character to either be a Bosmer or a Human type race with major traits in One-handed, Block, Alteration, Restoration, and Destruction. I'm willing to be flexible with my traits though.

Any suggestions?

Feel free to discuss any character issues you have for a new game as well.

If you have pc, I have heard you can set yourself a race between two races. I don't however have a of, so I'm not 100 percent sure. Bosmer I suppose would work. There the elf and human mixed race right? I think any race you suggest works for your character.

Breton sounds like it is the closest to the character you went with, though lore states that one will usually take the race after ones mother and only long periods of interbreeding will create a new race, which was the case of the Bretons.
