In the medical center where you can buy the implants i noticed that i always have to lock pick the door to get out. Going in is always unlocked now but leaving forces me to lockpick. Im not sure if i am missing somthing or if this is a glitch. If it is a glitch be warned, forcing the lock could break it and prevent you from leaving the medical center (or if you dont have anymore pics). Please let me know if anyone else has had this problem or if i am just not talking to some one.

Is this happening at night or all the time?
I think I read that this happens at night, like they lock the wrong side when they're supposed to be closed or something.

It only occurred at night for me, and both sides were locked. I figured they just locked the place up every night and that it wasn't an issue.

If you don't have a high enough skill in lockpick, you can just just wait until the day.

I had the same happen to me when I went in before closing. Just remember game time runs faster than IRL (my 145 hrs IRL is 4 months and 1 day in game).

guess they lock the door behind them.. and its free xp and lockpick-counter

lol at first i was like yay free xp! Sadly after the first unlock it no longer gives you xp
