Well fortunately it isn't a big deal, at least the bug is hilarious. I noticed it while walking next to the dog and saw what looked like a beaded necklace or something. Turned it it was its eyes.

I totally thought it was a necklace too. Creepy necklace for a dog with no eyes. Not a big deal for sure, but it's a pretty damn OBVIOUS one.

I have this issue as well. Very minor.

That said, it probably did not get past the testers. They know about it, but as it is a minor bug they released.

When you have a hard deadline for a game, you can expect minor bugs to be uncorrected. They have to triage the bugs and focus on the bad ones. Minor bugs are fixed with patches, if ever. It's an unfortunately reality of modern gaming.
