I got to thank bethesda publishing or who the heck makes prices - but this game costs 35 EUR in my country - which is a rarity today - as most games have this plague of USD=EUR ripoffs such as 50 USD = 50 EUR , but in reality 50 EUR is 68 USD ... and 35 EUR is 48 USD which is the normal price offcukingcourse.

This is a HUGE THANKS to ID and Bethesda for enforcing or deciding to pervent this very annoying and ofcourse damaging to the sales and ofcourse as a new IP it very much needs these accessible ways to create a great and dedicated community.

Just noticed that the conosole versions retail for 53eur which is down from 60 EUR that's normal for them as again 60 USD = 60 EUR cartel ripoff.


Now all i need to know is - how the damn we're going to get the x64 bit version (carmack: "which we're not shipping") - Im worried because their mouth is so shut - why why are they marketing the game in this stupid way of not answering anything in forums. I bet bethesda actually has no freaking idea about the game and just reports what ID tells them - and where's the ID community manager does he post at all - i know they're there - but it just feels like ghost forums and sometimes it's depressive as it feels like we're wasting time discussing something to a solid wall. 1. Never heard of the site not to be trusted "GameShop~GameStop" really!
2. Bethesda & Id has nothing to do with that site and does not approve of it
3. It's PC version even if you get it for less your still need a high end PC to play Rage so your not really getting a good deal

I humbly opine that, one of the moot benefits I see of having Rage take advantage of 64-bit computing, is that Rage will be able to use more than 4 gigabytes of ram...but why is this type of Rage development necessary, with mega-textures and all? hehe=D lol cartel. Just adding to what You had said, for all those Who were concerned about these things...

Also, id Software has sufficiently shown on The Tube, demonstrations that at high quality, Rage runs at 60 fps on four platforms: the XBOX 360, PS3, PC, and MAC. This cross-platform standardization of high-quality performance, leads Myself to think that id Software has stroke a Los Vegas-like jackpot again(!), not only with prices that are catered to the average Video Gamer, but graphics that the average Gamer will always yearn, but may not necessarily afford to run with a high-end PC, per se, Shinji Ex

I always know that in America for pre-order a game costs $ 60.
