This minor faction should've been major.

There are four main factions to side with in NV (not counting Elijah). If you could make one of the current minor factions the fifth major faction, which would it be?

I would really like to see the Kings grow into an army, or maybe the Great Khans. Perhaps even utilizing Yes Man to bring a minor faction to power.

To be honest, i don't think any of the other factions had enough power nor muscle to contend with the bigger factions. Though the Boomers had the firepower, they enjoyed being isolated. I chose the Great Khans, just because I thought they could have been bigger players.

Yeah the Boomers are probably the stongest secondary faction aside from the Brotherhood (but given that they were in every other game we already know the extent of their abilities) but they enjoy being stable and not expanding.

Honestly though I wish that the Khans had not been in it at all and instead that the Vipers finally got some explaining.

I agree with The Enclave and Haha365. None of those factions should be major.

Super Mutants, from either side. I can't help but feel that they were an afterthought, and only really included because a Fallout game needs Super Mutants.

Being able to settle the dispute between Marcus and Tabitha would've been cool, especially if House wanted both of them killed. 'cause let's face it, if he thinks the Brotherhood are ridiculous, imagine what he must think about atomic mutants.

He'd think, "If they have the caps there welcome in Vegas" The brotherhood's agenda of hording technology is a direct threat to his own Agenda. Marcus's and his followers want to live in peace. Tabitha just wants Rhonda fixed. Neither agenda conflics with House.

Speaking of which fixing Rhonda effectively settles any dispute between her and Marcus.

Hmm, good point. Although it's not like you see any Super Mutants or Ghouls on the Strip. Ever.
Makes me think he's a little predjudiced.

I agree that those factions listed really don't have the potential to be major (though I always considered Yes Man to be a "major faction" in that it is a major route for choice for the Courier:shrug: )

I do wish there was more you could do with the Great Khans though. I feel like there was a lot of wasted potential for more side quests with them.
