I'm talking about the perk that fortifies bound weapons in the conjuration skill tree.

It would be the first time I use my perk for conjuration.

With my character I mostly use destruction, archery, one and two handed.

Mystic Binding? I think its worth it. But it depends on your build.

Yep its a very good perk, especially for archery.

You need to augment it with the appropriate weapon perks also though.

And is it good for 1 -2 handed (my main attack weapons)?

It works excellent with bound swords, my current character uses only dual bound swords for up close battles

It's for any Bound weapon you use from Conjuration: Bound Bow, Bound Sword and Bound Battleaxe.
