I ve read several threads on here where people complain about posting spoilers and actually tell the OP to go post whatever in the spoilers seccion, Then I look at the top of the page and it clearly labels this forum as "Cheats,Hints, and Spoilers". So does spoiler mean something different here, or or are people just not aware theyre in the spoiler forum when they complain about spoilers?

Either a moderator has meanwhile moved those postings to the spoilers section, or they had spoilers in the title. The title of new postings shows up on the main forum page, so folks may see them even if they avoid spoilers otherwise.

It is the thing is those threads where likely posted in General until a Mod spotted them and moved them (they don't post that they moved the thread though.)

This is the spoiler section. The people complaining about the spoilers were most likely doing so before it got moved. The reason you may have ended up here without knowing it is that sometimes the original thread gets moved, but a pointer to the thread remains in the general forum (marked "MOVED") for a little while.
