My stealth is 88. I'm in the Markarth stables and indications are I'm unseen; I'm just crouched and waiting. Then one of the guys looks right at me (indicator still unseen) and says "you need to leave".

I have equipped: Shrouded Boots (muffled and silent), a ring (+43% sneaking), and a necklace (+44% sneaking). The Sneak skill only shows 88. Are these equipped items even working? Is there a way to identify the value my augmented sneak skill?

"Leave or be removed"... As long as he's standing there repeating his dialog, he's not going to bed and I can't rob him. So how do I tell the value of my modified sneak?

You forgot to use invisibility nah I have had npcs talk to me (altough very rare) when trespassing even tough eye says Im not detected, and Im invisible, think its just a bug.

So, is there any way to tell what my modified sneak value is?
