2. FalloutNV.exe setting to "XP SP3 Compatible mode" if your system OS is Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
3. nvse_loader.exe setting to "XP SP3 Compatible mode" if you need NVSE mod and your system OS is Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
After long test, seem the CTD is rare occur then ever.
