I do appreciate feedback since it's going to be posted in my school paper.

Interesting and, as I see it, simplistic review. Of course, by simplistic I do not mean bad, just that you seem to be very straitforward and to the case.

Personally I never had much problem with the combat system, mainly because I find it okay to have the stats of my character and/or good planning and strategi to be the deciding factor in combat rather than twitch-mechanics(the sort many action and first person shootergamer have).

Builds: I do not agree with you when it comes to the fact that many builds easily become too powerful, but I think it would be important enough to mention that the game allows you mix and match skills as you see fit, making the amount of different builds very high. In my opinion this is a great thing about the game and should be mentioned in revirews.

Dragons: Pretty much agree there, though they can get repetative. The Elder and Ancient Dragons can make for some very fun fights.

Magic: Here I disagree with you, at least somewhat. I feel the systems largely is an improvement over the other games, but it does lack the variety previous games are known for. Something I do liked very much was that the elements in the destruction school have side-effects though.

Shouts: I agree that most of the cooldowns are too long.

Thanks,
I appreciate the feedback and if you have any suggestions make sure to let me know!
For suggestions I would try to go a bit more into detail and maybe cover a few more areas of the game.
List of areas you could cover:

Dungeons
Guilds(not spoilers, but some basics and what strengths and issues they have)
Quests
NPCs
Enemy variety
Crafting
Lore(as in mentioning the existance of the in-game books for example, or how much one can learn about the world)
And as Skyrim is a game in a series it is usually a good idea to at least mention some of the changes from previous games and whether these were a good thing or unnecessary.
