Because i don't quite get it. Ingame it says "I took an arrow in the knee" I never heard it says to the knee. Yet everyone keeps saying to the knee.

Though I do agree it's rather frightening how much it's all over youtube, facebook, this forum. It's everywhere... I kind of miss those incredibly fearsome mudcrabs...

I don't think the clear overuse of the joke is very practical. The more we use it the quicker we get bored of it. Good jokes should be reserved for special occasions, not for every schmuck who wants to get in the "best comments" of a Youtube video... Just like what we are doing for our planet here! Stupid humans...
