throwing knife spears : Fallout: New Vegas

is there any way to get throwing knife spears outside of dead money? or do you just get however many you lug back to the wasteland with you :twirl:

Yeah, with one component only available at the Sierra Madre.

That's nearly all I used during Dead Money. I believe I used the Holorifle on Elijah though. Once back in New Vegas, I just sold the rest (about 90 or so).

I wish you could make them outside of DM( without having to stock up on cosmic knifes). They could add say polearms and you could combine them with Knifes/Combat Knifes/whatever other type of knife to make different spears. Or they could just, you know, add a merchant <_<

Yah its kind of annoying how first: you cant go back to the DLC and Second: that you can only get a limited amount due to only so many cosmic knifes, maybe if they made a recipe for Cosmic Knives then use that to make the spears. :turned:

I never use spears in fact there are lots of weapons I never use, I prefer to stick with the normal guns or fists!

brooms should be used for crafting! throw some knives on the end of a broom, and wham, bam, thank you mam you've got a handy throwing spear. or why wont it just let me THROW the knife spear i have? :tongue:

I agree. Maybe 1 Knife + 1 Whet Stone + 1 Cloud Sample
