We used to have these in Morrowind.

My Assassin would really like a stealth ranged weapon, currently something that doesnt exist in Skyrim. I would really like for these weapons to be made available. It could be easy to write in, since they were all over Morrowind, they could have come with the Dark Elves when they went to settle in Windhelm. I'd really like for a quest involving the Morag Tong again, perhaps dredge up some old rivalry, and have the plans to make throwing knives/stars as part of the reward, much like the crossbow stuff was handled in Dawnguard.

I think it'd be pretty neat to poison some throwing stars etc, be able to use them as silently as I can my dagger.
Not asking for them to do tonnes of damage, or even have a decent range. A proper assassin wouldn't need either. Just something to give the edge in a coming fight, cripple them a bit with a slowing poison or something before going in for the fight.

Throwing stars? Eh, throwing knives? Sure. The Morag Tong went all be extinct everywhere besides a small portion in Morrowind and even now I think they're completely gone. What I'd really love to see is a seven-foot Pike to go along with the Roman soldier theme for the Imperial Legion. Or as they were in FO:NV Throing Spears, but more effective.

Throwing stars no, throwing knives yes.

Why not? Was in Morrowind as standard.

Something I've seriously missed since Morrowind. Loved the uber darts from the Tribunal expansion as well. New Vegas had 10 throwing knives that laced with poison were unbelievable. Why they are no longer part of the Elder Scrolls series is a super let down to me. Would be a great high end sneak perk to do 20x sneak damage from throwing weapons. something to make them beast.
