In my opinion. Say I wanted to play as a Caesar's Legion character who uses traditional Throwing Spears. The only reliable way to get them is off the dead bodies of Legionaries, and once in a blue moon a single shop will have about 5 for sale at one time. It's the same deal with throwing knives and throwing hatchets - you can go for multiple playthroughs without encountering either weapon. To this day, after spending about 180 hours on this game, I've never even
seen a throwing hatchet. Why do you think that is? These weapons aren't particularly effective,
at any point in the game. I just want to use them because they're fun. Why must throwing knives be more elusive than Gauss and Anti-material rifles? Is that really "balance"?
This problem would be somewhat remedied if we could retrive our thrown weapons after use. As they are, they're only good for decorating your safehouse.
