Lately I have been using http://www.abstractspoon.com/tdl_resources.html to have tasks with tracked times and caqme across http://www.todoyu.com/ and http://www.taskfreak.com/ fortime tracking and task management but I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions for some software. I will be putting together a web server so potentially web based would be preferred but at this point in time doesn't matter too much.

I would like to be able to label certain tasks such as when I work on programs or when I do work on my servers or other similar items, but yet keep them all in the same list. ToDoList sort of does this but I have it setup with subcategories for my programming/scripting and without makign thelist huge I cannot differentiate between the server or web work.

It doesn't need to be over complex and I will most likely be the only one accessing it but if it has some sort of authentication I won't complain.

Open source is the main goal though if it is free and closed source that is fine too, if it is not web based then it should work on both Windows and Linux if possible. I don't just want something to list tasks but to track time when working on them as well for reference.
