Every time I try to join a server I get "Joining Session..." for a while and then it goes to "Timed Out"

I've played online a lot already this issue just popped up when I tried to play today. I've restarted my computer, modem and router but still nothing. When I unplugged my Router it recognized that my online status changed, and it does recognize if a server is full or if my rank is too high to play on a server. Just any server that I should be able to join says "Timed Out"

Please help, can't play online at all.
