Bound bow, you need to be around skill level 35-45 to acquire it. Costs around 170 ish magicka, ignoring other conjuration/spell cost reductions. It will do 18 base damage and have 24 base damage bound (daedric) arrows, then if you take the mystic binding perk you will do 24 damage from the bow, both of those damage stats are affected by archery skill, perks and fortify archery enchantments.

Staff of storm atronach, make your way to the College of Winterhold, then underneath to the midden. Search around until you find the atronach forge, you can then craft the staff with:
-One greater/grand/black empty gem (sold by enthir at the college).
-One broom (found in many locations, the college has a few).
-One void salts (arcadia has one on a shelf in the alchemy store in Whiterun).
-One piece of orichalcum ore/ingot (Sold by blacksmiths or mined from various mines, such as the orc stronghold near markarth).

Sanguines rose (staff), you need to be level 14 to start the quest. The first inn you go in a hooded man named sam, he will ask you for a drinking contest, then the quest starts. At the end you get his staff, which summons a random dremora to fight for you, increasing in strength as you level.

So you can have a 50 damage bow (before archery bonuses) and both the expert level summon spells at early levels. When you increase in conjuration skill level further, you can craft daedric weapons and armor at said atronach forge too.

Just a note that you can also find the spell tome for Bound Bow in Fort Amol, in a bucket. I think it's Northeast of Ivarstead.

Ah nice, didn't know that. So you can have the staff and bound bow spell at level one.

Yup. I've made a point of creating that Storm Atronach staff ASAP with my last two characters. Makes running through mage dungeons much easier for my low level character.

Same here, it can be VERY useful at times.

BTW, you can find the Void Salts in your room in the college.
