Tips on leveling conjuration? : V

I don't know if this is true or not, but it seems to me that the only way to level conjuration is to use it in a combat situation. Naturally I don't have the patience for that, and unlike Oblivion I can't just go running around conjuring creatures in my spare time to level up. Any tips or special "spots" I can use to level up quickly?

Cast soul trap on a dead body or conjure a familiar and kill it.

easiest way i know is after youve killed all the enemys in a area uses raised dead to bring them back. then hit them 3 times (best to punch them) this way they will turn hostile to you and you gain a boost to your conjuration (you can also uses this you raise all other magic skills to) and alway remember to uses your skill trainers

I seems to be leveling Conjuration fine just summoning random things.

Not sure if whenever your summons do damage you gain exp or as long as your summon is out you will gain exp, because often I would be running around and my Conjuration would skill up.

find some horkers... kite them (means make them try and follow you but never attack you)... and constantly cast bound blade... I got conj from 25-100 in an hour

Soul Trap on corpses works really fast. Was mentioned before but worth repeating.

Soul trap corpses until you run out of mana. Rest for 1 hour. Repeat until 100 conjuration.

Or be like me summon stuff and have them kill things for you and focus almost entirely on that

(You don't have to Im just stubborn about not using things I feel are exploitative otherwise I don't feel like I earned my stuff)

dual cast soul trap on a corpse with enchanted armor that reduces spell cost to zero.. takes 10-15 minutes to get to 100 if done with optimal speed.

find a river and make a slaughterfish follow you and stand on the bank where it cant attack you and repeatedly cast bound sword

That works if on a console...

But on a PC, if you are going to do something like this, might as sell save yourself the trouble and just use "advskill conjuration 1000000" in the console...
