I thought beta signups didnt begin until saturday.

I would count on it being sunday before you got an email, at the very least.

Though do not let me get your hopes down, I wasnt expecting patch 1.6 to come this early either.

I'd say maybe a day or two yet, if the BETA test starts next week... although with 1.6 now live it could be anytime now

I wouldn't hang on bated breath. Things like this have a habit of coming later; better to be slightly pessimistic then if it goes better you get a pleasant surprise, rather than being overly optimistic and being crushed when it comes late. Doesn't mean I'm not excited, though.

For some reason I was expecting the 12th to be the day when the emails were sent out, but I'm not entirely sure where I got that from.

The Mayans were wrong and today is the end. And we were so close to Dawnguard too...

after multiple texts and a phone call my so called friend thinks im lying about the patch lol he wants proof...... so basically he doesn't believe me.

Tell him it's the 21st century, he's probably holding a cellphone that can show him his"proof".

On topic: argh! thanks OP, I'd totally forgotten about the beta and now I'm all excited again and I have to work... gonna be a long day. >.<

Probably tonight everyone will be getting emails. He did say a week from last week so either tonight or early Saturday. I hope its tomorrow since it would be a great way to start my day off by waking up and seeing the email right there in my mailbox.
