I've watched all of The Office and several movies Steve Carell has been in and I feel confident in saying that he is nothing like Todd Howard. The comparison never came close to entering my mind.

Well, kinda, actually.

They're the same, it's just that Todd is the Breton version while Steve Carell is the Imperial.

This. steve is a little swarthyier than todd, but their physical appearance isn't as strong as their vocal similarities.
