In my scenario, the time machine stays there and I go back in time. Also, I didn't think it out, and then decided after the fact that saying it was on purpose makes it better.

No you have to be in the time bender group and had to apply over 100 years ago, the club has only existed for 3 minutes. This means you would have to have a time machine to join. So you're at a loss my friend.

After doing some appropriate space time maths that can only be learned by building a time machine and going into the future I have found that you would actually need five time machines to make it into the past and back again. Oh.. wait. I didn't carry the one.. it's 9 time machines plus an extra Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator that must be carried in the left back pocket of a pair of 501 button fly levi jeans. Boy.. that's specific.
