Larger DLC take more time to develop. It could easily be a few more months before Bethesda unveils anything.

Shivering Isles was not announced to the public until ten months after Oblivion was released. I think we can probably expect something similar to happen with Skyrim.

We already got free killmove dlc. Well that was just a small feature in a patch but still, it was on the game jam list of ideas.
