S.P.E.C.I.A.L

Well, i checked some stuff that changed in special from fallout 3 to fnv. My standard build in F3 was all about bashing C, S and E, and gettin real high L A and I, and mediocre P. Now stuff has changed and u need S for using bigger weapons and carrying stuff around.. P now also increases overall accuracy and from what i read.. C is also a factor UNLIKE fo3 wich was absolutly useless.. I has also been nerfed badly.. 15 u get now instead of 20 SP. And I think L has been buffed, u get 2 instead of 1 mysterious strangers + kasinos AND enemies do stupid stuff more often sometimes..

SO What attributes to bash ? Im dead on against "ballanced" builds. I thought about it and came up with an answer that may work for me, so pls comment on that. My character will focus on maximum damage, range and accuracy. Im thinkin of
S 4
P 8
E 1
C 1
I 6
A 8
L 9

S: The bigest guns need a +8 STR ->6 with a perk so late game with implants and training it wont be too bad.. unfortunately u cant bash S any more.
P: Energy weapons wich are my fav and accuracy are on stake so buffing this one is a yes yes... BTW do hats still offer +1 per?
E: Well im thinkin that my enemies will be dead before they start shooting early game.. and late game imba damage resistance pretty much makes up.. so bashing this can be ok.. As for survival skill... well ill think of something
C: How bad is it to bash this one? Certainly doesnt affect combat too much and i never relied on companions for that metter.. Is it totaly impossible to talk to anyone into stuff with 1 C?
I : HAS BEEN NERFED with 6 u get all perks involved with I. Bye bye + 20 SP.. :( bashingthis is a nono ofc..
A: HAS been buffed a lot.. AP, all guns damage,move speed etc etc 8+small frame = 9 + apparel/bobblehead/[censored] = 10
L: I think it has been buffed a lot.. + casinos can be a very profitable business if you are lucky.

Traits : Small frame, Trigger discipline
Perks : Only real good gun performance affecting perks and +4/5 intensive training.

A/L = 10+better crit+finesse+commando+focused fire could kill anythin but a behemoth with the L.repeater very easily. Hide + headshot + shoot till its close + vats = Dead wonder if it would work as good as it did in fo3.. used to farm deathclaw skins in olney a lot.. these make great boots.. xD

P.S) Lotsa stuff im not sure about pls comment, soz 4 the wall of text, may the maker bless you all xD

If you nplan on using implants, you should rethink End...you can get as many implants as your Endurance, so End:1 means one implant (or two,if you chose the endurance implant first)...but I agree on int...sadly its usefulness regarding Skills is further reduced from 2 x Int + 5 (FO1, 2, Tactics) over Int + 10 (FO3) to 0.5 x Int + 10...thats only 14.5 SPs per Point of Int total (since you lvl only 29 times)...but it makes the Education Perk a no-brainer...would be an equivalent to increasing Int by 4...

Still trying to figure out a good rifle man build, something that uses a Machine gun / Sniper and Rifles.
