I've just received the Platinum Chip. Now when I'm in the Tops Casino, the cashier mysteriously doesn't appear so I can't buy casino chips. This is preventing me from getting the "The Courier Who Broke The Bank" achievement.

Is anyone else having this problem and know how to resolve it?

I'm having the same problem with the Ultra-Luxe Cashier. I don't remember killing him. He's just not there and I can't buy any chips. No one else in the Casino seems to care though!
