I have looted a couple items called torture tools. I just stashed them in the torture room in the Dark Brotherhood lair. I have found no alternative use for them, have you?
Id love to be able to bring people to that chamber as well. Use my tools and perhaps the ones that are already in there.

It would be cool, in a sick sort of way tp use them, but as far as I know they're just for decoration

I found that leather case thing, of the torture tools, in the Dark brotherhood final lair. I brought that to my sweet pad in Markarth, I laid
it out near where Ysolde often sits; Perhaps it will keep her in line.
