Hi folks!

Just started playing the game two days ago (was waiting for it to be patched and then was waiting to get my UK imported version here in Germany)...

Hell of a Game!!!

One odd thing I noticed:
Up to now, I traveled all the way to Nipton - I know, that's not much, but I did some side-exploration, too.
So, quite some in-game-days have passed already, I'm Level 6 and crap full of collected gear, weaponry and caps...

There's just one problem with that:
Can't sell it to anybody or purchase anything!
The traders I've met so far (Goodsprings, Primm, Mojave Outpost) didn't get any update to their inventory!
No new weapons, ammo, stims or such.

Is that normal? Is it bugged?

Anyone who can share his experience?

Every 72 hours their inventory should reset.

Means 3 in-game days?
Hmm... - not 100% sure, but pretty sure that 3 days already have passed...

If you're on PC, you can find a mod that fixes that. Either the last patch or the one before that vendors got borked somehow, it doesn't seem to hit everyone though.

Yeah, it's broken on PC (because it reverts to Sunday every time you load a save). A work around is to save in front of the trader, quit the game and they'll refresh their inventory when you reload.

OK - just checked in-game.
Been standing around waiting for a few in-game days.

Now the inventories are updated!

But the time until they update seems quite long - I'm collecting loot so quickly in this game, it's crazy!
I'm basically drowning in caps - only way to "get rid of them" in the moment is paying for repairs at Mojave Outpost. It costs a lot - but hey, I got plenty of caps and I'm always willing to give the Wasteland some economical boost... :wink_smile:

By the way - I LOVE the FO1+2 soundtrack!
Didn't know it was used for NV, until I heard the first track in-game!! Man - that was a moment! Taking me back in memory to the glorious time when I played those all-time-classics...
