So I travelled to Winterhold and...

I instantly felt cold IRL. It's 30 degrees celsius outside, I go to winterhold ingame, and I instantly start feeling cold. This has been happening to me for so long. Anyone else have this happen to them?

How would that affect anything?

I normally feel fine, but when I start seeing chunks of ice in places with no snow, I start feeling chilled. I have taken to playing with a blanket haha

Hot.

OTT, I start feeling scared in real life when I go to Dwemer ruins.
Also, it seems that I have found salvation. I just have to go to Winterhold and I will be cooled (it's also around 30°C here). Cheaper than air conditioning!

Well, I'm sure you don't. I lived in the states for 10 yrs so I understand why you don't know what it would feel like. But it's more the part of why doesn't he use imperial. It's the equivalent of asking why you don't use metric. :P

But yes, 30 C is like 85 or 90F maybe... I suppose I could have looked online to be exact.

kilo to pound x2.2
km to mile .62
c* to f* x1.8 + 32

Try to not make us all look bad.
Edit: we should drop imperial and just go metric at this point. It wouldn't take long to get used to it.

There is an equation for an exact conversion.

C = 5/9 * (F-32)

Solving for C=30, F is 86.

That's not the point, if we switched to metric the rest of the world would win and we as Americans hate losing. :stare:

F = (9/5 * C) +32 You forgot to solve your equation for F broenheimer... :sweat:

Try it with broken ac. I'm in jersey so it could be worse. When I lived in Georgia, now that was disgusting.

Your right... We could announce the change during the upcoming mens basketball medal ceremony. At least it wouldnt feel so bad then. Plus we get to call the worlds game soccer.. We will always have that.

Hmmm, looks like just making a guess and not remembering the math I was pretty accurate. :D

HAHA, its winter here so traveling around Skyrim has a little more depth to it...lends itself to creating suspension of belief. Same thing happened in Morrowind and Oblivion..a hot summers day wandering around the Ashlands or getting lost in Mehrunes realm.
