hey i just killed and ate a sawmill person because well i was hungry and i want to take her house over. Question: it says i can't sleep in the bed if trespassing so will i ever be able to take this house over or not? I left the home for 3 days (game time of course,)after i got rid of her body in the river now what do i do? Do i need to clear the home completely out of her stuff and leave then return in a day or 2 before i can use the house?

I don't think tresspassing locations ever change status.
