As the title says...

I've noticed since 1.6 that I've been getting a 5 gold bounty a random times for no reason at all. Once I was just in the Eldergleam Sanctuary walking around and the Tribal Orc bounty showed up on my screen another was while I was inside my house doing alchemy. It's also not just the Tribal Orcs but also whatever Hold I'm currently in sometimes... Last one was Riften I believe. :/

It's getting annoying since I noticed NPCs are starting to hate me more now that I'm getting constant bounties. Has anyone had this happen to them before or know of a fix possible fix?
