Tribute to fallen Followers.

I was just curious, what kinds of tributes do you make when your favorite follower dies?

A lot of us would just reload the game, but for the roleplayers, what do you do to honor the death of your favorite followers?

I pick them up and put them in a corner.

Why did you have to remind me of Lydia? I was just getting over her.

I lost Lydia to stinking Falmer in a Dwemer ruin.
I placed her in the middle of a room, with her weapons around her and all the Falmers that she had slain before dying.
Then I took her gold pouch and went on a rampage to kill the rest of the Falmer.

Why does everyone use Lydia? I don't have followers, but if I did I would probably either put them in a fire or drag them out of view

When Lydia died it was in the shrine of Talos in Markarth. I put her body on the stairs with her head toward the statue and took off her helmet. I took the stuff that she had been carrying for me but I left the armor and things that I'd given her because they were presents sorta. Then when I left I locked the door 100 with the console. :(

Because she's the first somewhat decent companion most players get. That was on my first character.

I just usually swear at the screen due to the fact that 90% of the time a follower of mine dies is because for some unknown reason they decide to attack the same enemy as me and run directly in front of me just as I attack causing my attack to hit them and causing them to die D: oh then I strip anything useful off their body and go recruit some other svcker xD

When good ol' Vigilance died in that bandit attack, I brought him to a bridge and dropped him into the roaring water below. I shed a tear as he fell over the waterfall and out of sight. I sometimes wonder if he is still floating, all alone.

I reanimated Lydia lol

As for Vorstag, he floated down a river. Don't know what river because the in game map doesn't have the names of the river next to them :(

I used console commands to make Hroki into a follower and I accidentally stabbed her to death with my ebony dagger because I mistook her for another bandit....

So now she is lieing in a pool at the bottom of a beached ship. Considering I cannot throw her into water or set her ablaze, nor can I pose her in some triumphant position, I may just take the valuables that had sentimental value and just leave them at the inn in Markarth since that is where I recruited her.
