Anybody know where Trius' Trinket is started (or where Trius is?) and how to do the quest to find the horseman's head, if can help with both please help.

I was going to riverwood when I saw a ghost without a head and a horse running after it around midnight wish I started the quest before I spotted them but try you look oh and it's not near whiterun it's somewhere on the road when you came out of the cave in the first mission
