So I wake up this morning and hop on to steam and see that my FONV has changed from pre load to play. i click the button and some more download stuff pops up.

It says it is decrypting steam files, and it goes through about 40% in 10 seconds. Then at 41% it just stops downloading, and it says something about a 16 bit driver is needed or something.

can anybody help or explain to me what i need to do...I have class soon and i wanted to play a little bit =(
