Starting a new character - I go to the bar in Goodsprings to talk to Trudy and she's arguing with Joe Cobb, I talk to Joe Cobb and he says to meet me outside of town. I go to where he's leaned up on the building, and when I ask if he wants to help take over the town, he says he has a bad feeling about me.
