Yes you can eat a super mutant. It's a perk that has the cannibal perk as a prerequisite. I don't know if it's an achievment, though.

I don't think so. Go to the wiki and check the trophies. It would probably kill you with its FEV and radiation, aswell as tasting like [censored]. *:nono: don't bypass the autocensor or you will be warned*

Yeah its a perk although its a dumb perk, because of the perks being every two levels I'll never select this unless I'm using my dumb character file.

The perk's called Ghastly Scavenger, also allows you to chow down on dead feral ghouls. Level 12 perk, requires Cannibal.
