Ok, early in the game the white beast ran off the map and never came back. Recently downloaded a mod to turn off the map constraints and quickly went to where the marker says the beast is.

I walked all around, no beast. Apparantly, the beast is IN the mountain.....

I give up... is there a console command so that I can kill it off and move on with that quest?

If you go half-way down the first page, you'll see something like Console Commands for the PC.

I presume you're on the PC the way you asked the question.

There probably is a console command to get further in the quest, never heard of it running into a mountain though.
