trying to remove all preset dialogue in new npcs

been diggin into this since the wiki went up. I keep winding up here

Edit: Getting closer to figuring this out. The goal of this is to remove the generic *Do you need somethings?* and *Need somethings?* when you walk in the vicinity of an npc, to add your own dialogue.

yes. if you create a new voice type - (under character I think) - name it and uncheck the box it will stop any generic dialogue. Once you create your npc, you select the new voice type instead of one of the presets. The misc tab (where all the generic dialogue) will be empty. The problem I'm having is how to add generic dialogue once its gone. How do I add the new dialogue to the generic dialogue quest? I'm just not really sure what I'm supposed to do. LOL. Any help would be great.
