Does anyone know if the Dragonborn DLC shall be released automatically on Tuesday, 00:00 GMT, or do you think that a Valve employee shall manually make it available to download?

I oh-so hope that it shall be automatic. 00:00 Tuesday GMT is 7:00 PM in my time zone.
