Hi sorry this is really basic but how do I set a key to turn left or right (like turn the camera left or right?) you can use mouse but you'll wear out your wrist doing that (once had a dead arm for 6 months due to over-mousing when coding...) In Morrowind you could use left and right arrow keys to turn, is it possible to do this in Skyrim? I'm afraid I'm one of those people who due to RSI and carpal tunnel need to use a more sensible combo of keys/ mouse to play games and stuff and relying entirely on the mouse to look/ turn/ HUD isn't 'health & safety' in a game... thanks gwledig

I can't help you, but glad you posted this. I, too, have trouble turning with the mouse, especially in a fight. I didn't have this trouble with Oblivion. Hope we get some answers.

Dont know if there is a setting for it in the game but would something like joy2key not work? IIRC that allows you to remap any keybind and axis settings.

Get a trackball and wear your thumb out instead.

Just got a Logitech M570, works a treat.

Maybe solution is go back to 90s games like Duke Nukem which have the most basic fundamentals in a game like being able to use the keyboard to turn left and right... yuck...
